Biztacs Technology is expanding its team in Nadiad. We are looking for a high-energy, driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive our outbound prospecting efforts and connect with global businesses looking for advanced AI and automation solutions.
Compensation & Perks
Fixed Salary: ₹2.00 Lakhs Per Annum (2 LPA)
Incentives: Performance-linked target achievement bonus (uncapped)
Location: Nadiad Office (On-site)

What You’ll Do
Lead Generation: Source and target potential B2B clients using LinkedIn, email channels, and online directories.
Outbound Outreach: Initiate conversations with international decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Directors) to uncover operations bottlenecks.
Appointment Setting: Introduce prospective clients to Biztacs’ automation capabilities and secure discovery calls for our technical team.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized log of daily interactions and track follow-ups within our sales pipeline tracking system.
Who We Are Looking For
Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
